Join representatives from Seattle Children’s Hopital, Sea-Mar Community Health Centers, HealthPoint Community Health Clinic, and Swedish Medical Center for TWO sessions (Session 1: 3:30 PM; Session 2: 4:15 PM), organized by the Healthcare Industry Leadership Table, focused on the many pathways towards a healthcare career in Washington.

Rep. Jesse Johnson & Pasco Council Member Zahra Roach

Interested in serving your community? Join first-term elected officials Jesse Johnson (30th Legislative District — Federal Way, Auburn) and Zahra Roach (City of Pasco) to learn about their journey to becoming elected officials, what it means to be a city councilmember and a representative to the state legislature, and how you can get engaged.

Rep. Johnson is a former City Councilmember from Federal Way and currently represents the 30th Legislative District in the Washington State House of Representatives in Olympia. He also works in Workforce Planning and Development for the Highline School District Councilmember Roach is a former teacher and Special Education instructor in the Pasco school district. She is one of the first Muslim American women elected to office in Washington State.
